7. 跨境处理
本站的网站文件和访问日志存储在加拿大（AWS ca-central-1）。为了让你更快打开网页，本站通过 AWS CloudFront 的全球边缘节点分发内容，并使用 AWS WAF 做安全防护。你的访问请求（包括 IP 地址）会由离你最近的节点处理；AWS WAF 的安全拦截和自动抽样（约 3 小时后删除）也可能在**加拿大境外（例如美国）**进行。我们不记录 IP，我们保存的日志只存在加拿大。请求在境外处理期间受当地法律约束，可能被当地法院、执法机关或国家安全机关依法要求提供。我们通过合同和技术措施保护这些信息，并对其负责。
8. 保存与安全
- 日志：CloudFront 访问日志（含外链点击记录）不记录 IP，存储在 AWS 加拿大区（ca-central-1）的 S3，保存 30 天，到期自动删除。我们保存的日志只存在加拿大。
- 服务商短暂经手的 IP：CloudFront 和 AWS WAF 作为服务商处理访问请求时，会短暂经手你的 IP 地址，用于传输和安全拦截。AWS WAF 会自动抽样保留少量请求（含 IP），约 3 小时后删除。我们不开启 WAF 日志，也不导出或保存这些数据。WAF 的处理可能发生在加拿大境外（例如美国，见第 7 部分）。
- 安全措施：传输加密、访问权限控制、最小化授权、定期检查。
- 安全违规：如果发生对你有重大损害实际风险的安全违规，我们会依法尽快通知你，并向加拿大隐私专员办公室（OPC）报告。
9. 你的权利
- 查阅和更正：你可以要求查阅我们持有的你的个人信息，或要求更正。我们一般在 30 天内答复，依法可能延长。
- 撤回同意和删除：你可以撤回同意，或要求删除你的信息（法律要求保存的除外）。

1. Who we are and who is accountable
Danshan Mart (丹山集物) Cross-border E-commerce Directory (https://123.danshanmart.com, the "Site", "we") is operated by Chemily Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act.

Chemily is accountable for personal information under its control, including information transferred to service providers for processing, inside or outside Canada.
2. Scope
This policy covers personal information we handle when you visit the Site and when you click outbound links. The Site currently has no forms and does not ask you to submit your name, email or other contact details. Third-party sites have their own policies. The Site is intended for e-commerce professionals (businesses and adults) and is not directed at minors.
3. What we collect and why

We do not collect government ID numbers, payment card data or other sensitive information through the Site.
4. Consent
The information in Section 3 is necessary to provide and protect the Site, and this policy explains how we handle it. We will seek new consent for any new purpose or for disclosure to a third party for its own use. You may withdraw consent at any time (Section 9) or clear local storage in your browser. We will tell you what effect withdrawal will have.
5. Cookies and analytics tools
We do not use any statistics or analytics tools; we understand page visits and outbound clicks only from CloudFront access logs (Section 3). We use only strictly necessary local storage (e.g. remembering a dismissed banner). The Site sets no cookies of any kind in Phase 1. After you click an affiliate link, the third-party site or affiliate network may set cookies to attribute commissions. If we later use advertising or retargeting cookies, we will update this policy and offer a choice.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information.

Service providers are contractually bound to use the information only for our purposes and to protect it appropriately.
7. Processing outside Canada
Site files and access logs are stored in Canada (AWS ca-central-1). To load pages quickly, the Site is delivered through AWS CloudFront edge locations worldwide and protected by AWS WAF. Your request (including your IP address) is handled by the nearest edge location, and AWS WAF security filtering and automatic sampling (deleted after about 3 hours) may also take place outside Canada (e.g. in the United States). We do not record IP addresses, and the logs we keep are stored only in Canada. While a request is processed outside Canada, it is subject to local law and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction. We remain accountable and protect it through contractual and technical measures.
8. Retention and security
Logs: CloudFront access logs (including outbound clicks) do not record IP addresses, are stored in Amazon S3 in ca-central-1 and are automatically deleted after 30 days; the logs we keep are stored only in Canada. IP addresses handled by our service providers: when CloudFront and AWS WAF process requests as our service providers, they briefly handle your IP address for delivery and security filtering. AWS WAF automatically keeps a small sample of requests (including IP addresses) for about 3 hours, then deletes them. We do not enable WAF logging and do not export or store this data. WAF processing may take place outside Canada (e.g. in the United States; Section 7). We use encryption in transit, access controls and least privilege. Breaches: where a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and report to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) as soon as feasible.
9. Your rights
- Access and correction: we generally respond within 30 days (extendable as permitted by law).
- Withdrawal and deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Contact: privacy@danshanmart.com. We may verify your identity.
- Complaints: you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada: https://www.priv.gc.ca
10. Changes
We will post material changes prominently and seek new consent where required.
Language: This policy is available in Chinese and English. In case of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version prevails.
